My name is Kirsten Phipps Get.
I am a Chartered HR professional and Certified Corporate Mental Health Facilitator. I am a coach, mentor and also a qualified Supervisor of Mental Health First Aid. With a genuine interest in the wellbeing of employees and the impact of that on business performance, I am passionate about helping people to achieve success and fulfilment in their working and personal lives.
With a background in business operations management, teaching, training, coaching and team/individual performance development, I bring together a wealth of experience and knowledge and understand the importance that employee wellbeing and experience
plays in the success of an organisation. Working with a range of corporate clients, I am creating opportunities for business leaders to generate profits, performance improvements and strong employer brands.
In supporting individuals, I am helping women to remain visible, to be heard and to feel a sense of achievement within what is now a very challenging world. We are juggling career aspirations, family commitments (often to both adult children and our own parents) and a diminishing but evermore important ability to protect our own health and wellbeing.
This is such interesting work and every day is a positive workday. I am happy to say that I have also finally managed to achieve that previously elusive work:life balance. And I want to make it possible for you to enjoy that too.
