My Journey

Let me introduce myself.

My name is David Mack, married to Pauline with 3 grown up children, Charlie, Sarah and Beccy.

I love the outdoors, family and particularly my dogs and training them to be obedient and to do tricks.

Throughout my long and varied career, I’ve always had a passion for the development and wellbeing of the team and also encouraging people to be the very best they can be.

My passion originated from the help that I received from my mentors who helped me achieve far more than I thought I could for myself, after leaving school without qualification to end up with a first degree in Engineering and a 2nddegree MBA.

I completed 20 years in the Royal Air Force as an Engineering Officer and left to run Ground Operations Engineering at Heathrow Airport. I then had my mid-life crisis and left to run a 300 bedded charity Activity Centre.

Finally deciding to set up my own training company doing what I love doing which is working with business owners and their teams to help them all be the very best they can be.

I joined forces with We Focus as I shared their values and goals which are:

1.     To improve your wellbeing and resilience.

2.     To do the same for your business and your team.

3.     To help you enjoy the journey you are on.

To be where I am today is great, but it has been a long journey. I therefore made this program to make your journey a lot shorter and more efficient.

My Goals working with Mental Health are to:

Improve your

mental health

The single most powerful investment you can ever make in life is to invest in yourself. Being mentally strong provides leadership and effectiveness to your life.

Improve your business'

mental health

Improving your personal mental health improves the mental health of your business as well.
