Let me introduce myself.

My name is Luke Rosser.
I love spending time with my growing family and spending time outdoors and in the sea surfing.Â
I have always gained great enjoyment from seeing people develop and enhance their ability to perform mentally.Â
I first discovered this passion when I was working in psychological and corporate NHS services. I here discovered that I was able to perform highly as a therapist and coach in supporting clients to enhance performance and wellbeing and was able to support individual client and organisational development.
After completing a master’s in occupational psychology. I started professional services as a Business Psychologist specialising in executive leadership and organisational well-being programs. I utilised evidence-based practice and research, alongside positive psychology, and mindset approaches to deliver organisational solutions which was very enriching.Â
I started mental health facilitating out of a passion of wanting to help people to cure and improve their mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. I, furthermore, wanted to do this from a scientific point of view and a proactive approach.
What gives me the greatest satisfaction working with mental health is to be able to:

2. Improve your business’ and employee’s mental health
3. Improve your family’s mental health
To be where I am today is great, but it has been a long journey. I therefore made this program to make your journey a lot shorter and more efficient.
The single most powerful investment you can ever make in life is to invest in yourself. Being mentally strong provides leadership and effectiveness to your life.

Improving your personal mental health and thereby the mental health in your business improves the mental health of your family and circle of acquaintances.
